  i was desperate when my trusty samsung galaxy s3 finally gave up the ghost after 5 years of heavy use,i could not get it to respond to anything,i went to the phone house on 15th august just before the shop opened desperate to get my valuable contacts accessed,and not sure if battery or phone was at fault. the young lady on duty was kind,considerate and very patient ,and helpful,she tried a battery in my phone ,but no luck,she did offer to have their technicians look at my phone,but i couldnt afford to be without a phone,so i enquired about unlocked smart phones from stock,she was briiliant,she sorted me out a lovely alcatel 7 smartphone, and transferred my sims and my contacts etc,VERY VERY good service!!!! a stark contrast to your competitors at the vodafone point in media mrkt. well done phone house, you have a great staff member in that young lady.
